科学ガチャ①-2「生物学者のプレパラートシール帳」

前回、極小の共存者微生物について書きました。実は同じ日、微生物がちゃ以外に、もう一つ科学がちゃを見つけました。授業でも大きく活躍すること間違いなし。それが面白がちゃを数多く手がけている奇譚クラブのシリーズ、サイエンステクニカラーから出ている生物学者のプレパラートシール帳です。

生物学者のプレパラートシール帳

理科の実験で使われるプレパラートの顕微鏡写真を使用した美しい透明シールです。おなじみの植物から貴重な人体組織までなんと全部で80種類。120年以上の歴史をもつ京都科学監修。質感が素晴らしいです。何より美しい♪

私が初めに手に入れたのは1植物組織と2花粉、菌、デンプンの２種類。

使いやすくするためにラミネートしました。↓

透明なのがお分かりいただけるでしょうか？シール帳なので少し糊がついてしまいましたがまずまずの仕上がり。授業で使えそうなのをご紹介します。

まずは王道、タマネギの表皮細胞

いいですね。核がわかりやすい。

続いて裸子植物マツの横断面

最後は3年生の単元、ソラマメの根の成長点

どのシールもとてもキレイでわかりやすい。書画カメラで大型テレビなどに写せば、子どもたちは顕微鏡を覗いている気持ちになるのではないでしょうか。これで200円は安い！ちなみに私は欲望を抑えきれず、ネットで全種類セットを注文してしまいました。病原菌などは中学校では学習しませんが、小ネタとしてはつかえるかもしれないですね。このプレパラートシール帳の美しさは実物をみていただかないと伝わりません。見かけたらぜひ買ってみてくださいね。
